I will mention that when this was suggested during CSM1 (by me and others) the then Goonswarm leader Darius Johnson went red in the face and blustered for about 20 minutes about how it would be the doom of eve and the sky would fall and it was completely insane to consider damaging the stablity (passive income aristocracy) of eve in this way.

So if Mittens genuinely is different to Darius in this way then good on him and maybe he was drinking from happiness afterall. I look forward to seeing him in his barge mining tech in nullsec and getting owned by 3 guys in bombers.

With Goonswarm at maximum CTA trying to defend Mittani, their post mods will be burned out soon from constantly overheating. It is almost as if they think that their efforts will prove meaningful. This is desperate damage control, it almost seems like Goonies think it will help.

I will miss his efforts in the CSM, but I won't miss him personally. All the comments from Goo-ns in this thread will be made so much more irrelevant after he gets removed.

He has brought shame to CCP, the CSM and the Eve community as a whole. Theo only thing I am glad of, is that he showed his true colors early and now people know exactly what sort of person he is. +1 for that.

Thats pretty subsmissive behaviour. Goonswarm as an entity makes a virtue of dehumanising its membership and making them cogs in a greater machine in service to the hierachy. It operates successfully by the same principles of any religious cult really - stripping away notions of individuality and making those without remaining esteem better identify with the organization and its "great leader".

Its a submissive relationship between the drone and the hive queen, the cultist and the cult master. I can honestly say I've rarely met any goons with much independent personality (and only then) once they've generally got out of the organization altogether.
